A Great Big World’s “Say Something” may strike an emotional chord with anyone who’s fallen in love, but a new YouTube video proves that even a 4-year-old boy can be moved by the sad song.
Jackson was riding in the car with his dad when the song, featuring Christina Aguilera, came on. The boy started crying, but he insisted that his dad leave the song on.
When asked if he likes the “sad song,” Jackson nods his head yes.
He keeps his eyes closed as tears roll down his face, but he gives his dad two thumbs up to let him know that he is okay.
