When Lady Gaga fills in as Metro’s global Guest Editor on May 17, one
lucky fan will have the chance to work as her editorial assistant in Metro’s London offices. All it takes is one short essay on why you were “born this way,” which can mean exactly whatever you want it to mean!
As the Queen Monster herself explains:
I was born to be brave. That’s part of my mission in life. I was born to follow my artistic visions. But other people were maybe born to be something else, follow their own destiny.
Why were you born this way?
Gaga says she is looking for answers that are “genuine, inspirational and original.” We’re not allowed to enter — but if we were, we would say we were born this way in order to make awesome blog posts.
The essay contest is open until April 29, so go to LadyGagaMetro.com/us soon to enter! Aside from a day with Gaga, the winner will also receive a three-night stay in a London hotel for themselves and a friend. No word if they will be forced to wear those scary face-horns.
