Sen. Elizabeth Warren met with Hilary Clinton at her Washington home Friday, further fueling speculation that the presumptive Democratic nominee will choose the Massachusetts politico as her running mate.

The meeting came a day after Warren endorsed Clinton and launched an attack on presumptive Republican nominee, Donald Trump, the Boston Globe reported.

Clinton was in Washington Friday for a Planned Parenthood event, and Warren was in town for a Friday Senate session, according to US News.Warren’s endorsement could be an important boost for Clinton, as Warren was the last among the Senate’s Democratic women to offer Clinton support.

“I am ready to get in this fight and work my heart out for Hillary Clinton to become the next president of the United States and to make sure that Donald Trump never gets anyplace close to the White House,” the Massachusetts senator said on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” Thursday.

Friday’s meeting took about an hour, according to Fox News. Warren didn’t speak to the media after the house call.

If Clinton and Warren team up, it would be the first time in history there would be an all-female presidential ticket.
