This week, (Red) is the color of giving.
Through June 10, several restaurants around the city are taking part in “Eat (Red), Drink (Red), Save Lives” to support the (Red) foundation. And when one of its supporters is Iron Chef Mario Batali, you know these dishes aspire to greatness as well as a worthy cause.
Chefs will be cooking up red dishes and cocktails, pledging a portion of sales to The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. So stop by, make your mouth happy, and know that you’re contributing to life-saving projects.
