Former Patriots tight end, and convicted murderer, Aaron Hernandez is due in Suffolk Superior Court today for the date of his double murder trial to be set, WHDH reports.

Hernandez faces accusations that he killed two men in the South End in 2012 after an incident at a nightclub. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty.

The former football player was convicted of murdering a man who was dating his fiancee’s sister in 2013. He is currently serving a life sentence in prison for that conviction.
