A deranged Orange Line passenger started beating a female MBTA employee and spewing racial hatred when she roused him at the Forest Hills station.
Dion Stickter, 45, was charged with assault on a public employee and trespassing; the Boston man was due in West Roxbury District Court Thursday.
The attack Wednesday night happened at around 9:40 p.m. when the victim saw Stickter out cold on the T.
From the MBTA Police Report:
The employee went over to Stickter and attempted to wake him.
Immediately upon awakening Stickter struck the female employee with a closed fist multiple times about her torso area.
Stickter, who was still on scene, was approached by the officers. He became hostile and began to use racial epithets and refused to comply with the officers requests.
