A Posh-less Spice Girls are ready to hit the road

Want some news that will simultaneously excite you and make you feel really, really old? The Spice Girls are reportedly set to announce a great big 20th anniversary tour, at least according to Us Weekly.

“This has been in the works for the past year,” a source says. “The girls have long been keen to do a major reunion tour together.”

Of course, when that source says “the girls,” there’s one Girl not on the list — yet. Apparently Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham has been more than a little reluctant, which may be due in part to that whole Beckham family $770 million net worth thing, but whatever.

“They are trying to convince Victoria to jump in, but she doesn’t want to do it,” the source explains. “If she doesn’t agree, they are moving ahead without her.”

But before you start snipping Beckham’s visage out of all your vintage “Spice World” posters, know at least that the fashion guru and mother of four is trying to play nice. “She won’t sing or dance,” another source says, but “there’s a small chance she’ll film something with them or make an appearance at a show here and there.” Here and there? How generous.
