Beginning this week, the answer is lobster burritos at Uma Temakeria. From the people who brought last year's West Coast sensation sushi burrito to Chelsea comes a new collaboration with the people who know a little something about lobsters and rolls, Luke's Lobster.
The lobster tail sushi burrito, also available as a hand roll, are made with sustainable lobster from Maine and Canada, wrapped in crunchy seaweed with kale, red bell peppers, lemon wasabi aioli and white or brown rice. It's now available at both Uma Temakeria locations, but only for the summer months.
