Life in Manhattan just got more luxurious with an amenity offered at a new Tribeca condo building.

Curbed NY says, according to a Wall Street Journal report, that 111 Murray Street, a 157-condo building that started offering units on the open market last week, has a concierge jet service available for its residents to any destination.

Apparently the "demographic" that is buying "use private aircrafts," developer Steve Witkoff told the Journal.

Curbed reports that residents will get a 10- to 20-percent discount, but "renting a smaller jet like a Hawker 400XP will cost $125,000 for 25 hours, and a larger jet like a Challenger will cost twice as much."

But residents can afford it. According to Curbed, listings range from $2.05 million to over $18 million, but condos on the building's higher floors have yet to be listed and will likely cost more.

The report added that Witkoff in the Journal piece said services like the concierge jet, are the future in high-end buildings, like 111 Murray Street.

Curbed likened the property to Zaha Hadid’s first NYC residential building, where robots will park your car
