Life in Manhattan just got more luxurious with an amenity offered at a new Tribeca condo building.
Curbed NY says, according to a Wall Street Journal report, that 111 Murray Street, a157-condo building that started offering units on the open market last week, has aconcierge jet service available for its residents to any destination. Curbed reports that residents will get a10- to 20-percent discount, but “renting a smaller jet like a Hawker 400XP will cost $125,000 for 25 hours, and a larger jet like a Challenger will cost twice as much.” But residents can afford it. According to Curbed,listings range from $2.05 million toover $18 million, but condos on the building’s higher floors have yet to be listed and will likely cost more. Curbed likened the property to Zaha Hadid’s first NYC residential building, where robots will park your car.
