A woman was shot and her daughter pistol-whipped during a robbery outside a hotel near JFK Airport Thursday night, reports said.

The attack happened at about 8:40 p.m. at the Hampton Inn on 135th Avenue in South Ozone Park, Queens, Pix 11 reported.

A 53-year-old woman from Maryland was inside the hotel and had left her daughter waiting in a car in the front parking area outside of the hotel, police told the New York Daily News. That’s when two armed robbers pistol-whipped the daughter and took her jewelry.
