Once they met up near Avenue M and East 84th Streetand Sam got into Pierre’s Honda Pilot, the teen allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot Pierre if he didn’t give him the shoes, the Daily News reported.

According to ABC, surveillance video shows the teen getting out of the car and Pierre driving away. However, the SUV then makes a U-turn and drives straight into Sam, pinning him against a fence.

Sam, whose arm was severed, ran away and attempted to board a nearby bus but was told to get off, ABC reported. He then ran to his house and collapsed in front of his mother.

The teen was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where doctors attempted to reaatch his arm – which was found at the scene with his gun, according to ABC. It was not immediately clear if the operation was successful.
