It doesn’t get much wilder than Halloween weekend, and there are parties everywhere you look. We picked some of your best bets.
A Refined Masquerade

Bring your best-dressed self to Refinery Rooftop’s black tie affair, with a premium open bar until 1 a.m., passed hors d’oeuvres, entertainers, crime scene photo ops and more.
Haunted Mansion Bash
Oct. 30, 10 p.m.-4 a.m.
Motivo, 311 W. 57th St.
Don’t think that just because of the low price tag you don’t have to turn up in costume — the dress code is strict, so a little extra eyeliner won’t do it. The new Flatiron night club will have two DJs spinning hip-hop and dance music, with an open vodka bar from 10-11 p.m. Tack on just $10 to the already way cheap ticket and you’ll get access to seating on the mezzanine level; bottle service is pretty affordable, too.
’80s & ’90s Halloween Party
Oct. 30, 10:30 p.m.
Littlefield, 622 Degraw St., Brooklyn
Some see Halloween as a scary occasion, but at The Skint sees it as a chance to throw the campiest party of the year. The best of the decades, from “Express Yourself” to “Come As You Are,” will be spun by DJ Steve Reynolds (his usual gig is the Bell House’s Party Like It’s 1999, so he knows his stuff), plus a haunted photo booth, drink specials and lots of candy. Any costume is welcome, if you want to get another wear out of your T-Swift or Pizza Rat ensemble.
Loopy Doopy Halloween Party

Your summer hotspot on the Hudson just got winterized. There’s a new tent and heat lamps for Halloween partiers who want to make the most of the day by starting the celebration at noon atLoopy Doopy Rooftop Bar. The venue’s first-ever costume party will feature live music and themed cocktails.

The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club, 514 Union St., Brooklyn
For a funky Halloween, get to Gowanus for free Polka Punch from 6-8 p.m. and activities like aluminum foil hat-making,magic tricks, a dance party, a Rocky Road ice cream-eatingcontest and, of course, shuffleboard. Weird Al-themed costumes are encouraged (grab a Hawaiian shirt and you’re good to go), but a costume is required for entry.
The Graveyard Shift

Get high above the ghouls prowling the streets to party away The Graveyard Shift, a costumed evening beginning at 8 p.m. emceed by a drag host, an appetizer assortment and great (covered) seats to watch the Empire State Building’s light show. Sip one of their hallowed cocktails for the night like Death’s Door, made with Breckenridge bourbon, cinnamon agave and fresh orange juice.
Kimoto Rooftop Masquerade

No costume, low on funds and no plans yet for Halloween? Visit Aloft Hotel’s Kimoto Rooftop Beer Garden for a one-hour open bar (9-10 p.m.) and masquerade party. Dress to impress, but no costumes are needed; free masks will be handed out at the door. There’s music by DJ E-Class, plus views of the skyline from Downtown Brooklyn.

Dear Irving, 55 Irving Place
Make the night all about decadence, from “Mad Men” to Marie Antoinette and every glamorous era in between. Bonus: The drinks are quality too, as Dear Irving was a finalist for Best New American Cocktail Bar this year. Cocktails and food are all included, and there will be dancing, so think flapper dresses over crinalines — and yes, costumes are a must.

This all-inclusive Halloween event (five-hour open bar!) lets you settle in after a full day of partying and ride out the night. The Villain’s Ball at Gotham Hall gets started at 10 p.m. with a DJ and all-night open bar — it’s included in your ticket price, starting at $69 or go VIP for reserved seating, line skipping, bottle service and more.
A Bond Halloween

Class up your night British secret agent style in the chic ’70s-style lounge of the new Mr. Jones bar, and come dressed as your favorite Bond, Bond girl or Bond villain. There will be a one-hour vodka open bar and live music.
