Authorities are looking for a man they say sexually assaulted and robbed a woman in a secluded area of Hyde Park.
Just after midnight on Wednesday morning, officers responded to a call of a sexual assault near the corner of Cummins Highway and Rosewood Street, police reported.
RELATED:Video: Man points gun at woman during Hyde Park assault At the scene, authorities spoke to a woman who said she was walking home when a man grabbed her, forced her into a secluded area and sexually assaulted her, officials said. She added that the man demanded money and emptied her wallet after the assault. Police described the suspect as a black man who was approximately 6-foot-1 with a thin build. He was last seen in a dark green hoodie and dark pants, driving anewer model red car.
