Police are looking for a man they say tried to rob a Bronx Chinese restaurant at gunpoint last month.
On Feb. 15, the suspect walked into Number 1 Chinese Restaurant at 1735 University Ave. in the Morris Heights neighborhood, pulled out a black gun and demanded cash from the clerk.
The would-be robber left empty handed after the clerk fled into a back room.
No injuries were reported, and the suspect was last seen wearing a dark color coat and jeans, and a half face mask.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
