A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed on Sunday night in what cops suspect was a gang-related shooting.

Isiah Joseph was shot once in his back at around 1:05 p.m. near East 56th Street and Avenue H in East Flatbush.

Cops said he and a 20-year-old man were on the street corner when they got into a fight with three unidentified men.

One of the men who struggled with Joseph pulled out a gun and shot the teen and the 20-year-old man, who was also shot in his back.

All the assailants ran off before cops arrived 10 minutes later. Surveillance video from a nearby apartment showed all three running away from the scene.

Paramedics rushed both victims to Brookdale Hospital, where Joseph was declared dead soon after.

The second victim, whose identity was not released, is expected to survive and was listed in stable condition.

The suspects were all described as black males of unknown ages wearing dark-colored clothing.

Authorities said the shooter wore a black jacket with grey pants.
