Happy 22nd birthday, Justin Bieber; and happy start of Women’s History Month, rest of the world.

While the rest of us are busy celebrating the achievements of womankind, thousands — if not tens of thousands — of teenage girls are celebrating a man-child who just wants to know if “it’s too late to say sorry.”
