Police are now investigating the death of a man found dead in a Brooklyn basement apartment as a homicide, the NYPD said Wednesday.
A 58-year-old man was found dead around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in a basement at 430 Lefferts Ave. in the Prospect-Lefferts Garden neighborhood.
The man, who has not yet been identified by police, was found with trauma to the head, and pronounced dead the the scene.
No arrests have been made.
