Motley Crue sets an expiration date

Unapologetic ’80s rockers Motley Crue put an expiration date on their ongoing “final” tour, culminating in their last show ever as a band — which probably comes as a surprise to those of us who didn’t realize the band was still together. The last leg begins in North America in July, winding down to a New Year’s Eve show in the band’s native Los Angeles. And in a signal that their continues to be no justice in the world, Alice Cooper will continue to serve as the band’s opening act, which is exactly the opposite of how things should be. Regardless of how the years have treated Motley Crue, though, I can attest that “Kickstart my Heart” holds up surprisingly well.
