A photo of Kim Kardashian laying on a bed wearing Yeezy sneakers has inspired dozens of Kim Kardashian memes.

Kim Kardashian West participates in several photo shoots and never hesitates to share photos of her latest looks, but a recent photo she posted has inspired a handful of hilarious Kim Kardashian memes.

On Monday, Kim Kardashian posted a photo of her wearing a new pair of Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Butter” sneakers. In the photo, Kim Kardashian is laying on a bed with a blank look on her face. In addition to her expressionless gaze, she also appears to be in a very uncomfortable pose.

“Like butter,” Kim Kardashian tweeted, referring to her new Yeezy sneakers that are nearly impossible to find.

While many Yeezy fans gawked at her rare kicks, it was the look on her face and the somewhat awkward way she was posed that inspired Twitter users to fire up the Adobe Photoshop and create a series of hilarious Kim Kardashian memes that we can all appreciate. Several people left comments saying she looks like a chalk outline of a dead body or the classic Life Alert commercial that shows an older woman saying “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.”
