The allegations are disturbingand entail agang ofraping an 18-year-old girl in a Brooklyn park – after chasing her father away – on Thursday night.

And, the story is getting worse by the day.

The New York Post reported that, the girl’s father –who at first told reportersthat he didn’t have a cellphone and the store where he went for help refused to call police –was “so drunk” he couldn’t get help for his daughter.

“Sources said the father of the 18-year-old Brooklyn girl had been boozing up with his daughter before the attack and was acting drunk when he tried to get bodega workers at two delis to let him use a phone to call 911,” the Post explained.

The New York Daily News added two of the four suspects in custody are telling police the act was consensual. Cops told the Daily News that the story doesn’t add up.

“She has injuries [consistent] with an assault,” a police source reportedly told the Daily News. “There is very little question her injuries [are consistent] with a significant assault.”

Of the five suspects sought, four are now in custody.7ABCexplained that the suspects all range between 14-18 years of age.

And, according to the Daily News, one of the suspects has a prior arrest for robbery and anotherfor attempted murder – using a bat.
