B.B. King

The legendary bluesman and renowned guitarist passed away in Las Vegas at the age of 89.

Jackie Collins

The world-famous writer, whose book sales exceeded 500 million copies in 40 languages, died at 77 in Beverly Hills.

Sam Simon

The TV writer/director, well known for “The Simpsons,” died from cancer at age 59.

Yvonne Craig

The original Batgirl on the “Batman” TV show passed away in Pacific Palisades, California, at 78 years old.

Leonard Nimoy

Mr. Spock on “Star Trek,” Nimoy was beloved by generations of sci-fi fans when he passed away in February at age 83.

Maureen O’Hara

One of the last star’s of Hollywood’s Golden Age, renowned actress Maureen O’Hara died at age 95 in Idaho.

Wes Craven

The most prominent force in American horror, the writer/director passed away in August at age 76.

Scott Weiland

A staple of ’90s music, Weiland fronted the Stone Temple Pilots and passed away earlier this month at age 48.

Yogi Berra
