Police are investigating a subway stabbing thought to have been committed with a hypodermic needle.
At about 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, a woman was stabbed while waiting for the R train at the 49th Street station, police said. The victim felt a pain in her arm, later determined potentially to have been caused by a needle, as she was bumped from behind by an unknown man. The investigation is ongoing.
