Brunch can't get any better — right? Well, surprise! It can. We've complied some of our favorite upcoming brunch events that provide a 'lil something more than just poached eggs and champagne cocktails.

E-Som Market at La Brasa
The monthly makers and munchies market is returning to La Brasa on March 5 with more than 15 artisans and indie vendors sales their wares — like Haitian hot sauce from The Craic and Blonde and unique seasoning blends from all over the world by Curio Spice Co. — curated by local gift box purveyors, Boston & Bale, taking over the East Somerville space. The kitchen will also be slinging a special brunch menu featuring moyetes (think: bean-y Mexican bruschetta) and chicken wings with mole. This time around, Ipswich’s Privateer Rum sponsors and will be serving samples and cocktails from behind the bar.
