Another hour, another person who can’t mind their damn business. This time, an anonymous Internet person is taking on Simone Biles. And let me tell you something, honey: Simone does not have the time.
The 20-year-old Olympic Gold Medalist posted a picture of herself straight chilling in oversized sunglasses with a drink in her hand. “Resting beach face,” she wrote. It was pretty cute, honestly.
But then, oh but then. A commenter left their opinion — one that I’m fairly certain Biles didn’t even ask for. And it was rude AF. “Seems like u have partied non stop for a year #trash #unfollow #suckya** role model,” the Instagram user wrote.
Okay, before we get to Biles response, let’s attempt to unpack the top layer of this tomfoolery. Why does this person think that Biles give a damn about what they — a random person with what I’m assuming is a subpar phone plan and the ability to download the Instagram app — thinks? Is it for attention? I don’t get it. Why do people do these things? Someone please solve this riddle for me because I’m simply not getting it.
Anyway, Biles did what any sane person would do: She posted the person’s reactions and called them out on being the worst.

“Talk to me when you train for 14 years and earn 5 Olympic Medals,” Biles wrote. “I think kids would say otherwise. My year off is well deserved! Take a couple seats.”
