A 35-year-old livery driver was fatally shot in Bed-Stuy early Monday morning, cops said.

The shooting, at 12:20 a.m., happened in front of 396 Decatur St., nearMalcolm X Boulevard,in the Brooklyn neighorhood.

Cops said Naji Fawaz, 35, of Hopkinson Ave. in Brooklyn was found in the front seat of his silver Toyota Camry unconscious and unresponsive.

He had "multiple gunshot wounds to the neck and torso," the NYPD said in a statement.

Fawaz, a native of Yemen, was pronounced dead 40 minutes later at Kings County Hospital.
