Police have arrested a suspect after a young woman was killed and two others were injured in a shooting outside a Flatiron nightclub early Monday morning.

Dalone Jamison, 26, of the Bronx was taken into custody Tuesday and later charged with second-degree murder, two counts of assault and three counts of criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.

At 4:00 a.m. Monday, cops responded to a 911 call of several people shot in front of Club Motivo at 915 Broadway, police said. At the scene, they found Walikque Faussett, 24, with a gunshot wound to the back.

Faussett was transported to Bellevue Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Two other victims, a 30-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the shoulder and a 25-year-old woman with gunshot wounds to the hip and shoulder, remain in stable condition.

Faussett, a Bronx resident, was not the target, according to CBS New York. But the suspect reportedly did know the victim and was a DJ at the club. Jamison, reports said, even posted an Instagram photo of Faussett and himself mere hours after she was shot.

After being kicked out of Motivo following a fight, the shooter then returned with a gun, and was really aiming at the bouncers who kicked him out, CBS said.

Faussett, a mother of a 3-year-old boy, was out celebrating her birthday, and was trying to catch a cab when she was killed, according to CBS.
