Video shows Johnny Depp yelling at Amber Heard, throwing wine bottle

Is Johnny Depp out of control? According to a video released on Friday, it looks like the answer might be yes.

Just after the court hearing — reviewing Amber Heard’s allegations that her estranged husband physically abused her — was pushed back, a video of the two surfaced online that has raised questions and concerns over their nasty divorce battle.

TMZhas published footage that allegedly precedes the May 21 incident in which the 30-year-old actress claims Depp struck her. The video shows Depp yelling, cursing and smashing a wine glass and bottle in the couple’s kitchen. Toward the end of the clip, which is available for viewing on TMZ’s site, the 53-year-old also appears to be “swiping at Amber’s phone… trying to get it from her,” TMZ reports.

Heard has denied allegations that she was the one who leaked the video.

Though the tape has been submitted as evidence in the couple’s divorce case, it may not be admissible in court — sources have told TMZ that the video was “heavily edited” and shows that Depp was unaware he was being recorded.
