Good morning!

As you’re pulling yourself out of bed this Tuesday, why don’t you catch up on all that happened while you were snoozing? Chris Brown found himself in more legal hot water after new suspicions of misdemeanor battery. And the cartoonist behind those controversial Muhammad images in Texas spoke out against the murdered gunmen.

Meanwhile, Wall Street experts reported big things from “fast-casual” eateries. Plus, the political world buzzed over Hillary Clinton’s stance on immigration.
Chris Brown in more legal trouble after alleged Las Vegas fight
Once-upon-a-time R&B darling Chris Brown is making headlines again. The Grammy-winning singer is suspected of misdemeanor battery in Las Vegas. It was set in motion yesterday when Brown was accused of punching a man with whom he was playing basketball. The brawl allegedly took place at the Palms Casino Resort. Just six weeks ago, a judge ended Brown’s probation stemming from the infamous 2009 Rihanna assault.
Artist behind controversial Muhammad cartoon speaks out
All eyes are on Dallas after two gunmen recently opened fire at an art event promoting free speech. The exhibit featured controversial cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. (Many Muslims find drawings of Muhammad to be inherently offensive.) ISIS has since claimed responsibility for the attack, which ended in the gunmen being shot dead by police just outside the meeting place. The artist behind the cartoons says the killing represented “justice.”
Americans are all about high-end fast food
A serious food trend in the U.S. all comes down to fancy fast food. Since recently making their stock market debuts, many “fast-casual” eateries are attracting younger customers who are willing to cough up more cash for higher-quality menu options. (Sorry, McDonald’s.) The fresh-food movement is helping companies like Chipotle dominate the niche market. But can other fast-casual food chains match that kind of success? Wall Street experts say that investors have pushed the shares of restaurants like Shake Shack to levels that may be hard to reach.
Hillary Clinton to announce support for undocumented immigrants
With the 2016 presidential campaign officially underway, Hillary Clinton is expected to make a significant announcement during an upcoming visit to Nevada. Insiders say she’ll be spotlighting her support for undocumented workers by backing a full path to citizenship. The announcement goes hand in hand with the overhaul of the U.S. immigration system. Immigration reform will likely be a hot-button issue for the 2016 presidential election.
