Adele buys a swanky mansion in Cali

After reportedly getting ready to sign a $130 million record deal with Sony (which would be the biggest record deal of all time for a female artist!), Adele purchased a 6,600 square foot home in LA County, which includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, treehouse and even an outdoor train set.

The property lists for $9.9 million, but the 28-year-old singing sensation nabbed it for $9.6 million. Her new neighbors will include fellow A-listers Jennifer Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz.

Although the mansion is hers, Adele won’t be moving in right away due to her nonstop touring schedule which has her performing through November. Looks like “rolling in the deep” has turned into “rolling in deep pockets” for this young star.
