Kelly Clarkson doesn’t like Dr. Luke either

While so far Kesha is the only singer to come forward saying super-producer Dr. Luke did anything inappropriate with her — you know, like sexual assault levels of inappropriate — other pop stars are at least willing to chime in about how unpleasant he is.

Take, for example, original recipe American Idol Kelly Clarkson, who admitted in an interview with Australian radio program the Kyle and Jackie O Show — who are really on fire this week, I have to say — that Dr. Luke definitely rubbed her the wrong way.

“A lot of artists that have worked with him don’t work with him anymore for pretty good, solid reasons,” Clarkson says. “He’s not a good person to me. We’ve clashed. I can’t really say anything other than that.” Except she totally can: “He’s a talented dude, but he just lied a lot. I’ve run into a couple really bad situations. Musically, it’s been really hard for me because he will just lie to people and it makes the artist look bad. And he’s kind of difficult to work with, he’s kind of demeaning,” she adds. “Even the last time I worked with him, I only worked with him because literally I got blackmailed by my label. They were like, ‘We will not put your album out if you don’t do this.'”

Well that sounds like a lovely, healthy working environment.
